I didn’t come into this work from a classroom.
I came from the real world.
Over the past 10+ years, I’ve worked in high-pressure, people-driven environments: dispatching, manufacturing, call centres, office operations, security, and the Canadian Armed Forces. I’ve been on the front lines, led teams through real problems, and been held accountable when things didn’t work.

Why I Do This
I didn’t start this business because I wanted to be a consultant.
I started it because I’ve been in those environments —
and I know how frustrating they are.
Today, I serve as a Commissioned Officer in the Canadian Armed Forces, where clarity, communication, and accountability aren’t optional — they’re expected.
And I bring that same standard into every business I work with.
But I’ve also been on the other side.
I’ve worked in places where things felt harder than they should have been.
Where problems were ignored, communication broke down, and good people burned out.
I’ve sat there thinking:
“There’s no reason this should be this messy.”
I know what it’s like to care about your work and still feel like nothing is actually improving.
